The following ingredients will result in a Drain Fatigue effect if mixed into a potion: Drain Attribute, Drain Health, Drain Magicka, Drain Skill.After the spell expires, the victim regains the lost Fatigue. Way worth it.Temporarily lowers the Fatigue of the target, causing them to fight less effectively, and possibly collapse to the ground if it goes below 0. You don't get as much the feeling of really wasting your time forever, and it dosen't take an eternity to do anything. Spells The following spells consist of a Restore Fatigue effect. I play with the ring, and IMHO, its twice the fun. Restore Fatigue is a magic effect in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind that is a member of the Restoration school of magic, governed by Willpower. But at the same time, it makes the game much more playable. IMHO, it takes a bit away from the game, everything looks smaller, takes less time to do stuff, BUT, you save REAL time, you can do more quests in a smaller amount of time, you lose less REAL time to travel ingame. You don't have to constantly jump to go faster, which always puts your fatigue to 0 so u can't cast spells :P You can take off the ring anytime too if you want. So you endup walking which is the equivalent of running. Its so fast that its unusable inside houses or dungons. It'll get you from Balmora to Seyda Neen or Vivec in under one minute. It all sounds pretty simple but it makes quite a difference Starfire's NPC Additions: A mod similar to the popular Morrowind Comes Alive, adding random NPCs, mostly in towns. Walking speed is about the speed of a REALLY fast runner, and running speed is FAST. It also adds many more faces for guards, whereas in the original game you'd constantly run into imperial guards with the same face. Haven't you heard of the ring of speed?
